I saw there’re quite a few discussion here regarding the portugese golden visa program. How about the one in Greece? Did someone made the comparison already?
It seems that the greek one is more straight foward. WIth 250K Euro property investment, you receive the 5 years residence permit directly. And there should be no requirement for local stay in compare with 7 days in Portugal.
We’ve definitely been interested in both- overall it seems the main difference is the real estate taxes and income taxes in Greece are quite a bit higher (precursory look, not very in depth though). To get citizenship, Greece is more difficult than Portugal for language levels alone.
Would definitely be interested in more details from someone else here who has done the Greece route though!
