As of 1H 2021, are biometrics and interviews being conducted at US consulates or is that something that needs to happen in PT? Just trying to think ahead for coordination with work, school, and SEF.

We are required to do biometrics at SEF in Portugal. Currently, it seems like no one is able to get a new appointment schedule.
