This may be a stupid question, but do we need to send in original copies of our marriage certificate and passport for application after they have been apostilled?
Notarized copies with portugues translation.
A passport cannot be apostilled as far as I am aware.
How did you manage to apostille yours?..
I think passport copies can be certified by your lawyer. You will nevertheless have to present the originals during the SEF appointment.
