I feel a bit like a nomad these days. I carry a EU passport (Ireland) and a Canadian passport. My husband only has Canadian. We are residence of Malaysia but have been in Canada over Xmas and now wish to return to Portugal to apply for residency there. We have a place to stay. A friend owns a condo in the Algarve he has offered us.
Assuming we can get there are government offices open by appointment still? We had decided when we were there in the fall to hire Amancil Services to assist us with the NIF but would be open to other suggestions. I am interested in hearing how others are coping in the Algarve right now?
