I must admit I thought it was legal already…seems to be consumed openly in Lisbon.
On looking further I see personal possession of all drugs are actually administrative offences rather than criminal in PT.

Awesome news for many of us Californians… but one has to wonder, with everything in Portugal being a glacial process, will it grind to a complete halt if all the bureaucrats are having a toke?
