Good news for those of us from less strict places, hopefully this attempt doesn’t fizzle out like the last one
I must admit I thought it was legal already…seems to be consumed openly in Lisbon.
On looking further I see personal possession of all drugs are actually administrative offences rather than criminal in PT.
