Finally - got the card in hand, that only took like ~3 years from application submission. 
I got word from our attorney on Oct 03rd that they got a notice indicating that the card would be sent.
Residency card received on October 14th.
Valid for 2 years from the looks of it with a start date of October 3rd.
Still no update on payment for my partner or card ETA.

Like you I received my own card (main applicant) - issued Sept 2024, received in the post Oct 2024 - but not the cards for spouse and kids.
However … I just received word from my lawyer that AIMA confirmed to her last week that my family members’ cards have now been printed, so I expect to receive them in the not too distant future.
She had previously advised me that family members’ cards are often printed some weeks (maybe months) after the main applicant’s, so I’m guessing your remaining card(s) are probably in the pipeline. Fingers crossed!
Received message today from our lawyer saying that she has now received the residence permits for all family members!
Still no word on family member approval and/or card on my end. They completed their biometrics alongside me.
I hope this resolves soon. Can your (Portuguese) lawyer make direct contact with the relevant contact inside AIMA?
Have just received family members’ cards this morning by courier from our lawyer in PT. So it will have taken 3 years and 1 month since initial application in Oct/Nov 2021 for all family members to receive their permits.
