I have been looking at the St. Lucia covid- 19 bond for citizenship. We come from a country with an unfortunate passport with very few places that we can travel to so that is the main reason for application.
Anyone have any information about whether this is truly fully refundable or based on some fluctuating market condition in the future? Already understand that there will be fees involved but apart from that, realistically how much can we recover?
Any insight on the process and anything related to this venture would be helpful.
