But Portugalist did a webinar with them yesterday, if you haven’t already seen it:
He’s at least honest that the GV process is at least 2-3 years until cards (actually more like 4-5 years for some people on this forum!). But he’s still touting “5 years to citizenship” which as we know from this thread and this one could change to 7 or 10 years by the time you’d get there. He should be more up-front about that risk.
