Quite informative in an otherwise relatively opaque RE marketplace.
There is an interesting Jul 22nd press release on prices that has an Excel file download that has some interesting charts on price paid per sq m based on the tax residence status of the buyer. Not surprising the foreign tax residents pay quite a bit more, almost 50% more in places like Lisbon.
