For those of you who are interested in getting a U.S. business bank account and LLC, this can be a good starting point. 
There’s a brand new service called Firstbase.io
They let you start a U.S. company and open a U.S. Business Bank account completely online. It comes with a debit card. There’s about $400 fee but this can be done from anywhere. After you pay your fee, you’ll get a 100% legit U.S. LLC business. You don’t need to be a US citizen to use their service. No SSN required.
Stripe offers a similar service:
They let you start a U.S. LLC company from anywhere in the world. It comes with an online business bank account and a plastic debit card.
Caution: the online U.S. business accounts can’t be used for any other transactions than receiving payments from customers in U.S.
