What is the wait time from receiving pre-approval to schedule biometric appointment? I heard it is more than 12 months.

No it is not laid in stone - depends on the amount of wine the particular Visa officer has had on that day - I am afraid that is what I can say - they are trying to attract wealthy people but don’t know how to handle them. So the best is to pray to the Gods of Biometric - lives in the southern eastern part of Heaven near Proxima Centauri visible on 16th June 2029. Sorry but I am ranting but this is the state of affairs…
