Waiting/backlog time at Faro SEF

Does anybody know what the current GV backlog is like at Faro (or got any recent experience)

I submitted my GV application in September 2021, was pre-approved April 22 and then finally had my biometrics appointment in August 2022

My lawyers (who seem to have some “transparency issues” ) told me in Aug that it would be a 5-7 month wait. Theyve just told me today that Faro is only currently processing December 21 applications

Has anybody got any insight ?

Sounds like your lawyer may be confusing biometrics->approval time and pre-approval time (done at every SEF office?)
