A Question About TransferWise/Wise - Holding money

Hello, I have been using Wise for a year without a problem. Last month, however, a customer wired me €5800 and they put a hold on the check. Support says they will escalate the problem, I have been on chat four times and no one is answering the phone. But nothing, for one month the money has not come, the customer says their bank can do nothing. It is simply on hold. What is your experience, what can I do? Thank you for your answers.
