After ending PGV Global Citizens Solution is billing me for fiscal representation and I only have one closed fund

I ended our PGV attempt several motnhs ago when it became clear the rules woudl not be grandfathered - we wanted a citizenship route and are already around 60 years old. We got out of our open fund but we have a closed fund that doesnt mauture until Dec 2030. I’m alreayd upset we paid for services they wont render now like helping with biometrics etc, btu I just got an invoice for fiscal representation for E500. I read online I can maybe set up electrocni delivery of notices through the government website since I have a NIF, but I dont know the password for it. I have emailed them that I want to do this and not use them. is this correct? Should they be able to enable the electronic delivery and thereby end their fiscal representation? Has anyone else been able to do this themselves? i dont want to pay E500/year to these people on top of what we’ve paid which includes sevrices not rendered. If they dont send me the password to turn on the electronic delivery can I request it somehow?
