AIMA Payment Timeline - Date of Payment field is blank on Application

Hello,
Our lawyer made the payment for our application fees on July 9, 2025. As of this morning the AIMA portal has a blank space for the Date of Payment.

  • Does anyone know if this is normal?
  • How long does it take for AIMA to update the Date of Payment field?

Mine was paid about 10 days ago and looks the same. Looking back it appears there were a lot of issues with payments around June/July. Hopefully they start catching up soon.

There was some info related to this out of the meeting between AIMA and PAIIR in August…
