You applied in Apr 2023 for the Golden visa, and already got preapproved and did biometrics? Did you file a lawsuit? As we haven’t heard anyone getting a pre-approval since Dec 2021 yet without a lawsuit
I did submitted lawsuit, still waiting for court to review. My lawyer sent mail to AIMA with our intention on submitting lawsuit and they responded in a month and scheduled my biometrics.
We believe biometrics appointment was result of mails sent to AIMA, not lawsuit.

What do you mean by fast track portal? We applied for GV in MT/June and are still waiting. There were some issues registering the deed in finances but it just happened. I visited the hotel last year in October and they said it will be ready by this summer. Now they are saying next year. I am visiting again in 10 days. Did anyone get reimbursement for not being able to stay there in 2024? Thank you.i would like to be in touch with other investors. And names of lawyers they are working with and if satisfied.
Nothing. Still waiting for years. Are there any law suits now? It all seems very disorganized and sketchy.
TLG has a portal where you can track the status of your application.
I think lawsuits are only successful if you have an immediate need to live in Portugal.
Otherwise it looks like AIMA is working on applications that are already beyond the pre-approval stage but there have been some reports that AIMA has started to do pre-approval in to June 2022 without a lawsuit.
This will just take time and patience.
