One of our family member is older 65 year old non english speaking parent, what do you guys recommend best way to get them started with Portugese language test for Early Citizenship application?
I thought there was a certain age when the language test was no longer required (70 ? 72 ?).

I believe people over age 60 are exempt from a written exam (but not an oral exam) if they are illiterate in their native language, but I haven’t heard of an blanket exemption due to age. Perguntas Frequentes - Centro de Avaliação de Português Língua Estrangeira

I was under the impression there was a blanket exemption above a certain age. But looking through the regulations, I don’t see it either.. sorry for the misinformation.
