I tried creating an account and got this error message: Unidentified citizen or without access at this stage.
Is it because my card doesn’t expire till the end of July 2026 or the email (maybe it’s GV lawyer’s) doesn’t match?
I did biometrics in Oct 2025 but still waiting the renewal card. Sent 3 emails to AIMA for status but in vain. Cannot login AIMA portal to check because of error. My lawyer went to AIMA asking for the status but answering: WAIT WAIT WAIT
I have to return to home country for personal reason in May 2026. What can I do? Can anyone share your experience? How long can you receive the card after biometics? How can I return to Portugal after May 2026 if there is no further extension?
During my residence card renewal, I paid the renewal fee three days ago, but I still haven’t received the step to upload the required documents. Has anyone experienced the same issue? Is there any way to resolve it?
