Thank you for the clarification and suggestion. I really appreciate you sharing the info!
I will definitely refer my lawyer to the document, as well as, the link. If we can save €2k each, I will be thrilled!!

Is the table for all? I couldn’t find myself, and I think it is for biometrics before April 2023, correct?
Yes - it stops at March 2023 biometrics. Lisbon only.
Last week I was copied on emails from my lawyer to my bank and my investment fund manager requesting new declarations. Is this likely an indication of activity related to my application or just a routine request? I asked my lawyer but haven’t received a response. I applied in Dec. 2021 and had my biometrics in Lisbon in May 2023.
It’s probably an indication that AIMA have asked for updated docs prior to giving final approval.
That’s certainly my hope, it’s just earlier than I would expect based on my dates and what others here have been reporting.
I did mine January 20 2023 in Lisbon still waiting with no updates. Lawsuit was filed 8 months ago.
I asked my lawyer last week, she said “based on our daily data, I believe your final approval will come very soon.” But still very struggling to see Lisbon has already come through April to May bios, left us far behind. No idea about it…
Most of the January and February Bio submissions from Lisbon seem to be in the same situation. Hoping we all receive good news soon. Wishing the best of luck to everyone!
Good morning, my lawyer informed me that she managed to obtain the DUC for my dependents yesterday and she will pay today, well, another phase of waiting will start for the cards.
Hi - I know you posted about payment problems in the other thread… was the DUC generated for the correct amount, and did the payment codes actually work?
Hi. So AIMA already processed march, april, and may 2023 bios before january and february? This doesn’t make any sense
Based on the data in this forum, yes, some people said our week 4 Jan bios were transferred to Madeira office that’s why we are all delayed.
DUC amount is 6.179,40Euro, once she confirms the payment today, I can say whether it is successful or not, fingers crossed.
My lawyer managed to pay the DUC for my dependents ( 6.179 Euro for each) and send me the proof of payment.
Now, lets see how long it will take for the cards. 3 weeks or 3 months
Dear community, after you/your lawyer successfully submits the final payment, does the status of your invoice on AIMA portal change at one point from ‘issued’ to ‘settled’ before you receive your card? And is there a following status of the application after ‘granting’?

Did anyone try contacting AIMA directly to expedite biometrics approvals?
