Share your status about recent Massive biometric appointment

Hearing AIMA is sending out biometrics appointments massively, but only for main applicants. Can we use this thread for everyone to share what’s your situation? I applied this Jul, but hear nothing from lawyer/agency yet.

AIMA Appointment --> Did anyone manage to schedule appointment after uploading the documents again

I’m trying to see a pattern on how biometric appointment dates are being set. Two theories are: Those citizens of countries without free travel to Portugal without a visa are getting later appointments to provide time to apply for a visa. Applicants with dependents are being processed first as (my guess) the primary applicant needs to first be approved before dependents get a biometric. Awaiting Pre-Approval (Stage 2)

Finally we get our appointment for biometric collection with AIMA ON 1st of April 2026. We submitted our application on Sep 2022🙁. Appointment now for main applicant only still waiting to know about the other family members.
