Hi everyone, I would be interested to know if anyone was asked to provide a Birth Certificate (apostilled) for the GV main applicant, or for their spouse, and why?
I cannot locate any such requirement in the SEF files, as only their Passports and the Marriage Certificate are listed.
Birth certificates are required to prove the relationship of each dependent to the main applicant, but not for the main applicant or the spouse. (The relationship to the spouse is proven with the marriage certificate, as you would expect.)
