I just had notice from Nat West that my Nat West accounts in Channel Islands will be closed as I am a resident of Morocco. I need both sterling and dollar accounts. Any suggestions as to which banks may provide this service for a UK national resident in Morocco. Will any Channel Island banks provide this service? If not I guess I am looking at Wise or Monzo?

HSBC Expat is a Jersey bank. Barclays International runs out of Isle of Man.
