DUC incorrect reference number

AIMA Portal Error - Can't retrieve Golden Visa Analysis Payment Details

So the DUC documents wirh the reference code have been issued. Problem is, payments (atleast for me) can’t be done because the bank says its facing an error and needs a correct code. Anyone else managed to do the Analysis payment?
