Has anyone really been able to get a Portuguese passport through Golden Visa and just one week a year in Portugal?

Yes. My lawyer (large reputable law firm in Lisbon, Deloitte affiliated) says that they have had a few GV clients approved for citizenship after only meeting minimum residency requirements. He said there were no issues with it so far, although they have only handled a small number through to that stage given the short history of the program and that it can only be done min. 5-6 years after residency. He’s been pretty forthright with us so I have no reason to believe he’s making it up.
