We are late to the game so considering Lagos or Lisbon option that Mercan still has open. We are looking for positive, negative, neutral experiences with Mercan and what I should be thinking about in addition to what they outline on their website.

I’m also seeking information about Mercan. Looking for any info re: recurring yield payments, and verification that the guaranteed buy-back occurred as warranted.
It seems like a good “easy” path to GV, although with lower returns than a traditional real estate investment.
