Depending on your nationality and where you have a mailing address, etc some easy options include N26, Leupay and Monese, or even TransferWise Borderless or Payoneer.

Hello everyone
I am still looking for a bank in Europe (except Germany and Belgium) that opens an account with eBanking, I live in Panama. Currently 10 weeks in Europe.
Finally i would like a traditional bank, but low cost expenses, eBanking, in Euro, CH Frank und Us Dollar, preferably in Portugal or Spain, that can open an account remotely. If you have any ideas even if they are not all the criteria I described above, please respond. thank you very much
