Any information from someone that may have used a ocean container shipping company would be very much apprieciated. We are looking to move from the the west coast of the U.S.(Idaho) to Thailand mid August.
A 20 foot container will fit all we will be taking.
In early 2020 I used Premier Van Lines International for a smallish move from DC to Italy (permanent). I didn’t tell them how to do it, or what equipment to use; they were the experts so I left it to them. They handle all the packing, then coordinate with other moves to get the optimum shipping solution, and monitor and control the move from beginning to end delivery. Here’s some of their details:

Good experience. Did a good job packaging quickly and securely; nothing disappeared en route; routed the shipment in a way to simplify customs at the receiving end (none!), and delivery partners were clean, efficient, professional. (I suppose Premier’s reputation rests on every link in the chain performing as well as they do State-side.)
