Hello all, for self sufficiency is the form J submission permitted when one arrives in Malta or must you reside in Malta for 3 months before submissions?
After 3 months you send mail to goverment office papers and proofs that you supose to be here, rent agreement over 9500Euro/year. Bank statements with debit card transactions in Malta uder your name. After you send that mail they will setup apointment in 1-2monts. On apointment you will bring documents and translations if needed (bank statement should be in english or certifited transalted), there should be orginals and copies.
All is writen in document you will be filling form J. On apointment they will make photo and send you ID in about month.
