Here is what I can say for sure about fees:
- for those who invested in real estate, the main investor profile appears as H71 - Artº 90/A - Atividade investimento (ARI) Imob. The mention Imob equals real estate. The fee the portal asks for is 185,60€. Below are the screenshots from my close relative who is in this position. I logged into her account personally and paid the fee. She is now in the upload document stage. So please don’t believe anyone who tells you the fee changed back to thousands. It’s simply not true.
- For dependents of the main real esate investor, however, the system now displays F2C - Artº 78 - Renovação familiar ARI and asks for 3.709,00€ per applicant.
I have three dependent applications stuck in limbo - The message says applications will be cancelled if unpaid within ten days. The reality is different: the DUCs were generated February 17 and they are still not cancelled. I am waiting for SOMETHING to happen.
Meanwhile, I know other people who, just like live2learn, try to submit applications for dependents (on march 10th) and the system put them on hold (not generating DUCs).
This suggests to me that someone behing the system realised the DUCs for dependents were being generated with wrong amounts and has put the whole thing on hold, trying to figure out a solution. But that’s because I am very naive and believe people in this world, including AIMA, are good. I just find life easier to live this way.
