Dear Everyone.
I am new in this group.
My query is :
1: In UK to open a business you have to be register in Company house (https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk)

Is there any equivalent in Portugal who deal with Tax + Business documentation like company house ? If any body know the contact details would be great.
2: Also to close a business in Portugal is there any specific organisation who deal with everything like company house in UK.

Many public acts may be done online, but in some cases you’ll have for ex to send the physical documentation by post.
