Clearly you did not understand jb’s answer/question because you responded “no,” and followed that “no” with an example that exactly fits what he said. A savings account is offered by a financial institution and interest is viewed as something that will continue/recur.
Having said that, my guess is that if you wanted to attempt to use crypto farming as proof of income, you would have to provide at least six months of documents, if not more, to show them that this recurring income is a reality. They don’t just take our word for these things. Documentation is needed.
