Processing stalled for applications made after 29th December?

I made a Golden Visa Property application on 31st December 2021. Processing resumed last year and then suddenly halted on around the 30th December according to my solicitor that logged into the SEF system.

The Nomadgate spreadsheet shows applicants from around 28th getting pre approvals but nothing after that so I’m inclined to think my solicitor is correct.

Q: Does anyone have any information as to why its just ground to a halt right at the end of the year for 2021 applications?

I don’t know which city you’re in, but this trend is WW. The third party vendors don’t have enough staff. I would keep trying as TLS/BLS or whichever third party is operating the visa services do drop new appointments at set times, including cancellations. It’s a matter of luck getting one when you need it.
