What do you mean by ‘property evaluator’?
Do you mean a property surveyor/inspector who would come in and assess all ins and outs to produce a report to you as a prospective buyer?
Or you simply are looking for an estate agent on the buyer’s side?
I am looking for both actually. I am looking at a property and want to hire a reputable firm to give me a price for the area and give me an over assessment of the building.
For a property surveyor part I used someone who works out of Spain.
I am not sure if they cover Italy but worth asking as the work was done well.
