Hello fellow nomads!
We are currently exploring possibly doing a renovation project in Coimbra. Not being well versed in the details of such projects in Portugal (ins and outs of local codes, customs for negotiating the various contracts, etc…), we though to ask the community here if anyone out there knows of or has worked with a consultant/project manager who would be willing to help with such a project.
The objective here is to have someone who does not have an otherwise vested interest in the outcome of any of the facets of the project, and can act as an objective 3rd party and advisor. They would be compensated strictly for their time and effort.
If anybody out there knows of such a person or has some suggestions for a good way to locate someone who might be interested, we’d be grateful.
