Received renewal appointments, noting that they cannot be rescheduled

Background: our cards expired in January and I have been sending email to AIMA daily for about 5 months requesting renewal. I had also reached out to CLAIM Cascais for help. It’s not clear whether CLAIM Cascais arranged these renewal appointments, whether they came as a response to the emails ,or if it was just when our numbers came up. The whole family’s appointments are clustered on a single day in Porto, and the appointments are visible at Ocorreu um erro .

We’re quite relieved and happy with these dates, but it is interesting to note that the page above notes: (Não permite reagendamento) . So it definitely seems like a take-it-or-leave opportunity.

Is there any recommended email template to use for asking renewal ?
Subjet? Email body? Etc …?

I received advice to include ARI in the title, so it got routed to the right group. I was also told to include our full names, the original ARI process number, the current card numbers, and the expiration dates. I actually varied the email every day to avoid it getting flagged as spam.
