I was interested in finding the actual source documents for the legislative proposal about establishing a Romanian Golden Visa program. I believe that after a bit of sleuthing that I’ve found them and thought I would share the links.
The documents are unsurprisingly in Romanian but seem to machine translate well.
This is the article, as reported on by Digi24, that contains the links to the actual legislative proposal and an additional explanatory memorandum.
In addition, I have also found a English translation of the Romanian Citizenship Law 21/1991 and subsequent amendments which may be of interest as this law is referenced in the legislative proposal.
