Now that the biometrics seem to be moving again, I thought it may help to create a tracking thread for the times it took for pre-approval with the SEF as well, like the thread around the SEF Appointment thread. Though pre-approvals have always been chronological, I wonder if @ekrotova meant to say SEF appointments as opposed to pre-approvals (which only recently moved to being chronological), in which case the thread you suggest is the more appropriate one.
