If I can prove myself to be self-sufficient on the basis of showing proof that I have a minimum capital of €14k on my bank account…
And obtain the residency permit…
Am I allowed to, after that, open a business as a sole proprietor? Which is my actual reason to come to Malta. The sun, the sea… a quiet place to have a business.
