Hi all! Need to get Portuguese NIF #s for the whole family as a NON RESIDENTS (currently). Planning on being in PT in August and see at the moment due to Covid-19, that you should make an appointment for the NIF # at a financas or a loja da cidadao. Unfortunately, no one can get through on the telephone number provided. Getting mixed info as well.
