I have been working on an AI project for quite some time now and the product is almost ready. I will integrate my product with some different ERP softwares and my main market will be Italy. At the same time, the product can be used stand alone, for businesses, freelancers and personal use. I’d now like to actually establish a company that will allow me to sell, develop, hire, pay dividends, if necessary raise capital… Where is the best place to do this? I’m a European citizen and at the moment I’m a romanian resident. Is there another country I can consider for establishing the new company? Ideally it should be a place where it’s easy to run a business and where taxes are low.
