The Ultimate Guide to Virtual Mailboxes for US Banking Purposes – Nomad Gate

Thank you for this super useful article and forum thread. It helped me to not make a bad decision

My question is this: If as it seems non-CMRA flagged addresses are really not relaible anymore, then what do you think is the best actual CMRA mail-receiving service?

Because I think that now, the only stable long-term option is to get a relative to serve as the “Physical Address” for your bank etc., but set up a CMRA address as the secondary “Mailing Address”. It seems from comments here and elsewhere that banks will accept this, as long as the main physical address is really residential. Then you promise your relative that they won’t have to do much because your mail will really go to the CMRA service. Anyway, your relatives may not be as reliable as a CMRA

So the criteria change in selecting a service. If we don’t look for non-CMRA, because it won’t last anyway, then we want the CMRA with the best digital service sending you scans, including mail-forwarding for the things you choose to forward. Maybe other criteria also, but at least those. I would say quality and reliability is more important than the lowest price.

There are a lot of CMRA services. Just by a quick web search, US Global Mail seems to have a professional-looking web presence. But I will need to look a lot more before deciding on one.

Just wondering if the Founder or others here have reached the same conclusion about giving up on non-CMRA, and picking a good CMRA, and whoich ones are good? Thanks a lot for any insight :+1:
