Did you try emailing AIMA with a subject line containing all of the following:

• “ARI”
• full name
• date of birth
• nationality
• application number, which is the number that appears in the top right-hand corner of the ARI Portal

And, in addition to putting ARI in the subject line, include all the following information (from the last meeting transcript): Full name, date of birth, nationality and the application number, which is the number that appears in the top right-hand corner of the ARI Portal
