7 or 14 Days in the first year?

According to the regulations, which haven’t been updated, you must stay 7 days in the 1st year, and 14 days in years 2-3. Safest is probably just 7 days every year. If you want to do 14 days you can do it exactly around your card’s 1 year anniversary so you have 7 days in 1st year and 7 days in 2nd year.
