AIMA Portal Error - Can't retrieve Golden Visa Analysis Payment Details

I just ran into the same issue with trying to pay the Analysis fee. The error from the bank says that there is an incorrect reference number or amount. It has been more than 48 hours since the DUC was issued.

I just emailed our attorney about this, but it sounds like these aren’t isolated incidents.

Same issue! What is the recommended next step from your lawyers?

I just emailed today, so I wouldn’t expect to hear back so soon. (The time zone difference doesn’t help.) If I hear anything I’ll post.

My lawyer is encountering the same issue, although I am on Stage 4 and completed my biometrics in Jan 2023 and just received final approval two weeks ago.

The website still says ā€œUnable to Connect to Remote Serverā€, like it has every day this week and last week, meaning we cannot generate the DUC and therefore I cannot pay.

Edit: the error seems to have changed recently. It now gives the error ā€œO Tipo de Receita invĆ”lidoā€ instead of ā€œUnable to Connect to Remote Serverā€.

My payment deadline is tomorrow. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Get a new DUC and keep trying I guess?

It looks like I can’t reissue the DUC. The ā€œcan’t connectā€ error is occurring again.

I wonder if suing AIMA does any help here? Is anyone using the strategy to sue from day 1?

This is the response from our attorney:

"Yes, we have reported the issue to the immigration office and apparently this is a problem that is affecting everyone.

The immigration office is solving this with their IT Departments and have already clarified that the applications will not be affected and that the documents will remain valid while the problem is not resolved."

I appreciate how proactive and responsive our attorney is.

So if I cant upload my dependents documents because I cannot make a payment, their documents will remain valid?

Anyone heard any updates?

Does the ā€œremain validā€ promise extend to only situations where the DUC was issued but payment fails, or also situations where the DUC cannot be issued at all?

I see ā€œData limite para emissĆ£o do DUC 04-04-2025ā€ but my lawyer and I get errors when trying to issue the DUC.

I was told its in both cases but who knows. It is a mess.

Update : New DUC issued (previous one ā€œexpiredā€ in 10ish days) with a new number.

The lawyer and the bank both tried to pay it but still gives errors.

Bank says get a new DUC.

Lawyer says we have to keep waiting.

It’s been a month and a half since I completed all documentary and investment requirements.

Hope it’s not too long a wait.! Fingers crossed.

We are in the same boat. Finished investments during mid of February and still waiting to make payment.Our DUC expired on March 28th
