Is anyone else having trouble signing up for the EdPro A1+A2 course? I filled out the form last week and tried emailing/WhatsApp (+351920134454, +351937846577, +351920495262) but haven’t heard back yet. Does it usually take more than a week, especially for RECENT applicants? If anyone’s been through this and figured it out, I’d really appreciate any advice. Thanks!

When I first signed up on their website it took about a month or so before they got back to me (via WhatsApp). They were more responsive after that.
Try @edusetpt. My wife and I took our A1/A2 150 hours with @edusetpt and highly recommend them. We love our teacher and all went smoothly with the classes and certificates.
You will be on their list and they will contact you when they are planning their next course. This can take weeks or months. Certainly the first reply for me was well over a month after I submitted the request. They will contact you when they have a date to offer you. Not before.
Hi, Both of my daughters received their certificates from Edpro. We didn’t experience any problems at all. In fact, they responded quite quickly and were very solution oriented. We also spoke and messaged using the following numbers +351 920 134 454 and +351 920 495 262.
Hi, how much calendar time did it take you to complete the class and to get your certificates?
Lessons took 2,5 months. I could not remember exactly, but 5 or 6 weeks after the completion of the lessons, we could get the certificate. But these were last year. Nowadays i think you may ask to reduce that printing period of the certificate because of the urgency.
