EUR or USD bank for an Argentinian citizen

Hi everyone,

I’m an Argentinian citizen looking for a reliable option to hold and manage funds in EUR or USD. I’m already aware of Wise (no Mastercard for Argentinian :") ) and Uttopia, but I’d like to know if there are any other good alternatives available for someone in my situation.

Any recommendations or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.
