I send a message every morning, trying to get an appointment (along with calling, etc.). Usually it’s radio silence, but this morning, and actual response!

In my experience, emailing AIMA at their ‘official’ contact center address is totally useless.
If you want any chance of them reading/responding you should try their regional office emails.
