Hi all - we travel full-time in an RV within the United States. I am not yet Medicare age and am looking for good health insurance that can be used throughout the country, not limited to one state.

Probably, one of the best insurances that you can find is in Hong Kong. If you are young and no disease, the payment becomes lower and lower. You could have any medical treatment in all over the world without limitation.
