I want a Russian bank account for personal use.
I must be able to register for it without visiting Russia nor paying high registration fees.
Hello It seems to be impossible to open bank account in Russia without personal presence. May be for your purpose you can create account in russian electronic money system called Yandex Money. They also offer cards. https://money.yandex.ru/actions. As well be awere that russian taxeses for non-resident more then 2 times higher, and from 2018 year goverment taxes department wathching individuals bank accounts transactions for for taxes purpose.
