Hello there,

My name is Sarah, working at Bruc Bond a global banking firm. working remote from various places across the globe. curious about how our generation will work in the nearest future… how tax policies change the outsourcing and remote working as well as how companies manage to keep their team members with them in difficult times.

Love to travel, from the US to Singapore from Vietnam to Spain

I love to help people to give them the “started direction” for their start-up and helping in my role to set corporate banking across the globe - together with our lovely team.

Lyanne,
I just became a member and posted my introduction. It appeared directly below yours. I am Canadian and both of my parents lived in the Qu’Appelle Valley in Saskatchewan. You’re the first person I’ve seen who actually knows where it is!

Heather!

What are the chances!! It’s an incredible region, my husband and I did a cross country road trip a few years back and it was out favourite spot!

So nice to “meet” you :blush::blush:

Hi everyone I am Tisbeth, I am travelholic since as long as I can remember and for the x time in our lives my husband and I are getting ready to leave Belgium on our camper direction South Africa.
We are still trying to figure out exactly what our source of income will be (we are dive instructors so “worst” case scenario we’ll end up in the water) but I hope to figure something out where I can use my project management skills and knowledge of the insurance industry to keep me busy on the road. I am happy to have stumbled upon this group. And it is awesome to find of group of like-minded people who have already made it on the road.

 Hi all… I’m Robin, a sustainability transformation and smart cities tech entrepreneur from the Caribbean island of :barbados: Barbados, which is currently attracting Digital Nomads to its shores with a 1-year visa program. I miss traveling and working from anywhere, especially Monaco… but I’ll get back to that some day :sunglasses:

Currently, I’m leveraging technology to build interactive digital communities as key infrastructure for my Economic Development/Digital Transformation Initiatives, helping small island states recover faster from the pandemic’s negative financial impacts, at the citizen level and the local small business level.

Stay safe!

Hi Nomadic massives!
I consider myself an international citizen, I believe in a world without borders or restrictions. I love learning foreign languages, every time I move to a new place I try to learn some of the local dialect. I am a Digital Health Specialist working for NGOs, and my current appointment is in Sierra Leone. I try to help hospitals in poor countries get a proper information systems. I have another lifetime hobby which is Shiatsu, I am a certified therapist and I try practice as much as I can. I came across this site looking for convenient banking solutions.

Hi,

Patrick here originally from Dublin but currently living in Bristol, UK. I am 56 and my career in the Telecoms industry has taken to a lot of different countries. I was lucky to spend almost 10 years living in the Caribbean and my favourite Islands there were Barbados and Trinidad. Hobbies include golf, football, skiing, kite surfing, piano.

I am now thinking of finding a home in the Algarve, Portugal as a second residence to Ireland which is how I found this site as I see a lot of useful articles and conversations posted. I would appreciate any tips on how best to go about this e.g. how to open a bank account remotely in Portugal or which reputable real estate agents to go through.

Thanks

Hi there, I am French, my wife is from Indonesia, we want to relocate to Malta for a few years before returning to Asia. I do IT consulting and my projects are all outside Malta. We come here to learn sailing and Diving.

We are looking for advice regarding this self sufficient residency scheme and try to understand the maximum tax impact and the most secure way to register for it.

Hey all!

I’m Bryce, and you can find me all over the internet at @jedifunk. I’ve loved travel since I was a child and its my number one priority. I have a 17 year old son who’s determined to get out into the world as soon as he can, so I’m looking at what’s next for myself.

I’m a creative technologist and front-end web developer working in advertising, but travel and experience are my motivating factors moving forward. I’ve decided to take on full time travel and remote work, with a timeline to launch at just about one year from now. I’m here to meet people, get help planning for what’s next in my life, and to share any tips or tricks I have from my adventures.

I love lists, and here are some of my favorite list topics

Places :world_map: :

  • Eastfjords of Iceland :iceland:
  • São Paulo :brazil:
  • Vancouver, BC :canada:
  • Copenhagen, Denmark :denmark:

Books :books: :

YouTube Channels :video_camera: :

Can’t wait to meet everyone and share ideas!

Cheers

I’m working in the field of mathematical finance/data science. I work as a consultant/freelancer and I recently joined a startup!

Looking forward to knowing you better!

Hey everyone,

I run a design studio with my partner in Spain. Seeing as we don’t need to be in one place to do our work, we’re used to travelling but now with travel restrictions we’re looking to grow the business and exploring the options of relocating to Ireland (I’m British), Andorra (Partner’s Spanish) or Malta!

Hoping to learn from others experiences and get a better idea of our options.

A book I’ve been reading recently is Lessons of History, fascinating condensed learnings of how we got to where we are.

Hi, I’m Mark and I live in the UK.

I’ve travelled a lot on business and my favourite business destination was Sydney Australia.

I worked in Japan a couple of years ago and had the pleasure of of visiting Kamakura.

I recommend if you get the chance to go to Japan, I would forget Tokyo and head for Kamakura. It’s where the Japanese go and full of Shrines & Temples.

Have fun

Cheers

Mark
